Svanehøj to provide pumps for 15 LNG dual-fuel container vessels

Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has received an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to provide gas pump systems for 15 new construct dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell gas pumps might be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders thus far. It is also the second LNG gas pump methods order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has placed with Svanehøj in the final 12 months. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to offer deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled gross sales of its patented deepwell gasoline pumps in 2021, and says there are numerous indications that gross sales might enhance even additional in 2022.
