Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US producer of industrial vacuum pumps and packages for cell use on tanker trucks.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs around 100 people.
“The acquisition will add to our vacuum solutions portfolio, allowing us to enter the at present untapped cellular vacuum market,’’ mentioned Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
