The mayor, Sontaya Khunpluem, mentioned many kids on the island don\u2019t have the same leisure and resources that children in mainland Pattaya have.<br\/>Local media stated the playground, before it was refurbished, was once falling aside. It was eight by ten meters in size. Four Thai tourists who had been leaning against the railing have been injured after they fell onto the rocks round two metres under. The 4 had been posing for a photograph. One of them had a stroke, Thai media reported. Another was suffered a serious head injury.
