Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of private equity agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration options for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump techniques and the Oil Minder pump and management answer, as well as Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as well as equipment required for installation. Dreno Pompe’s pumps are utilized in residential, municipal and industrial functions, together with building and shipbuilding. The company’s Compatta and GRIX product strains are for domestic and residential wastewater wants while the Kappa line is a sequence of development pumps for abrasive materials.
Dreno’s Emiliano Conforto and Fabiana Conforto will continue to serve as operating leader and industrial and administrative chief, respectively. The Dreno name will proceed and its manufacturing facility will stay in the Veneto area of Italy.
