Both firms specialize in technologies for mechanical cleaning and remedy of wastewater.
“Thanks to the acquisitions, we are ready to supply our prospects a fair wider range of solutions,” stated Oliver Hermes, president and CEO of the Wilo Group. “We are consistently following our strategic growth from an expert for heating applications to a holistic solutions provider for all functions within the transport, use and therapy of water and wastewater.”
The two companies might be built-in into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower stay unbiased and will continue to be run by local managers.
“Wilo’s market and software experience and the 2 companies’ particular options are the best combination to exploit new opportunities in present enterprise segments and collectively develop new markets,” mentioned Dr Patrick Niehr, a member of the chief board and chief change officer of the Wilo Group.
