Phuket’s Vice Governor acknowledged there is an escalating drug disaster on the island, with surging narcotics use and a rising number of supplier arrests. The revelation was made through the Phuket Provincial Narcotics Prevention and Suppression Center Committee assembly at the Provincial Hall.
